Hello all I will be Banded on March 19, 2009. Only a few days to go and getting nervous but I know in the end this is the best for me. I have all the favorites’ high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep aptnea, bad knee.

Just remember there will be tough times but in the end you will be happy with your decision. Listen to the Dr. & try foods slowly. The slower the better. I am so happy I decided to get the band. Good luck... You'll love it.
