What kind of exercises do you do for flabby batwing arms??

Recommended Posts

I was just wondering what everyone is doing to get rid of the loose flabby skin under their arms? My worst area of loose skin is under my arms they can flap in the wind lol! I knew to expect that and I know it probably wont all go away, but I would like to TRY to tone up the muscle underneath it some to see if it will help, anybody have any advice or excercises for me on how to work out that area? I've always said, when if I do decide plastic surgery it will sure be my arms first, how I long to wear a sleeveless shirt!

Walking to the surgeon's office to get it done. That's what I'm going to have to end up doing. My arms are SO out of proportion that its just wrong. I'm checking out that tricep website that Jodi suggested!

This question made me laugh out loud, because BOY can I relate! I started working with a trainer at the gym about eight months ago and we weight train together about two times a week. The difference in my arms is unbelievable. I still feel somewhat self-conscious about my upper arms, but not so much that I don't wear tank tops now! I noticed a huge difference in how I used to have all this flab that hung down by my elbow. (Yuck.) It's almost entirely gone now. Improving the muscle tone so much in my arms has made a huge difference in my skin tone. I recommend working with a trainer if you can, at least long enough to learn the exercises that will most benefit you.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
