Humana? Anybody tried or gotten approval through Humana?

My sister has Humana and I was wondering if anyone has any idea whether or not humana will approve any of the bariatric surgeries? Thx 4 the info.

She needs to ask them directly. Employers can "customize" coverage and some exclude Weight loss surgery. I wish her luck!

i have humana ppo and i was approved. i had to do a 3 month preop diet and exercise program. i was covered 100% except for my deductable and some small doctors fees. i paid 1500 out of pocket
