La_madam 20 Posted September 19, 2005 Well it's Monday morning and I'm going to give it another try this week, my intentions are always good but they seem to fal lby theway side by mid week..lets see if this week is better for me, I got to get thescale moving again, it has stopped for along time now the only good thing about all of this I have not gained and I feel better and look better then I have in years. StartingOver 6 Posted September 20, 2005 Yesterday I walked a total of 6 miles. I took my son to the park in the morning and walked a mile while he played on the big toy, then I walked to the track last night and did 20 laps! My muscles are very sore today!
