What do the abreviations mean?

I am realively new to this support group and there have been several abreviations used that I'm afraid I don't know their meaning. I'm not as computer savey as a lot of you obviously are.

Could someone please tell me what does PB stand for? NSV?

Sorry to ask such a dumb question, I have tried to figure them out, but so far I am just drawing blanks.
