mikeinmississippi 0 Posted March 8, 2009 Hello everyone. I was banded on 10/22/2008. Since that time, I have dropped from 351 down to 310. I'm feeling great and people are telling me how much younger I look. I have a bit of excess skin around my belly. I'm sure others out there are in the same situation. I'm not read for a Tummy Tuck.< /p> My question...has anyone found a good way to tone up? Any particular types of exercises? I could sure use some advice.
