socalfosh 17 Posted March 7, 2009 I usually make my Protein Shake with about 10 oz Water and 2 oz 2% milk but today I was out of milk. So I grabbed my coconut coffee creamer and added that instead. Then I added the chocolate Protein Powder and gave it quick spin in the trusty ol magic bullet. I'm here to tell you it was SOOOOOOO good! Yummy yummy!!! You should try it! SunnyRachel 7 Posted March 7, 2009 I love my Protein shakes! That's a great suggestion. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I never would have thought of trying coffee creamer. Is this a SF or low cal creamer? I don't drink much coffee but have creamer around for when I do. This sounds really good but I thought Creamers would be to much sugar or fat to be allowed. SunnyRachel 7 Posted March 15, 2009 (edited) Hey there! I tried it, and wow, a little bit adds some big flavor without a ton of calories!! Thanks for the suggestion! To get the amaretto flavor I like, I used to mix in a pack of amaretto flavored hot chocolate mix, and still the flavor was very subtle and contained a lot of sugar and calories.
