How many calories do you consume at goal?

Mine is between 800-1000 and I exercise everyday. Still trying to balance that out and may not need to exercise as intense but I find it hard to fit more good/quality calories above that. I am sure I will figure it out because I don't want to lose anymore.

I eat from 1030-1200 a day. Some days are more busy with less some are less busy with more. I track all my food on myfitnesspal
