wstorms 2 Posted March 6, 2009 For me when I switched stages I always had a slowing of weight loss. This only lasted about a week and then the weight started dropping again. I know that everyone is different, but it seems this happens to a lot of people when going from stage to stage. Though I did eat a lot of FF Refried Beans with salsa. aubrie 6 Posted March 9, 2009 I liked whipped sweet potatoes, butternut squash, unsweetened applesauce, (they have all kinds of flavors now) mashed avocado, mashed bananas, refried Beans with fat free sour cream, egg drop Soup, creamed spinach, cream of wheat, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese with prego sauce and parmesan cheese (baked..... la38 0 Posted March 24, 2009 dang aubrie, you sure know how to eat! i hadn't thought of any of those.... lol i have been eating an avocado a day smashed up with lime juice and salt. refried Beans with cheese, and applesauce. that's about it........ all those avocado's may be why my weight loss has stopped! lol.....
