Yeppers.

And, may I add...any nut job that defends her actions so vehemently also needs a mental check.

She's crazier than the lady down the street (where I grew up) that had 15 kids (no multiple births) and had at least 7 of them leashed to a tree at one time. And to think...local authorities let her get away with it!

I think she is totally bonkers and the Dr that did the in vitro or what ever she used is equally nuts. Why on earth would they do this for a single mom with no job that already has 6 kids!!!!!! CRAZY CRAZY CRAZY.

DH just told me a joke...I hadn't heard it before.

Denny's is having their Octomom Special Platter - 8 eggs, no sausage and the person next to you pays for it.

Yep. She needs to donate her brain to science. I'm sure they've never seen one like hers. Besides, she's not using it anyway.

Did anyone hear the bizarre 9-11 call she made last fall when she was pregnant with the octuplets? She's hysterical because her 5 year old, who was playing in the front yard, went missing. She says she can't find him and keeps saying she wants to kill herself. The 9-11 operator tells her to quit saying that - that her other kids don't need to hear her saying that. And to calm down.

As it turns out, he was on a walk with the nanny. She didn't notice the nanny was gone too? Plus where did she get money for a nanny?

And of course there are the rumors that she's had lip collagen injections to look like Angelina.

Yeah, she's nuts.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.
