slimmy120 2 Posted March 3, 2009 It is that time of the month, yep i eat more, want chocolate, or something sweet, and carbs - Pasta noodles, any ideas. don't want to slowly put on all the weight i have lost,also really tired so cannot excercise, absolutely buggered.
