Hi- I just wanted to say that I love this site, it's much more personable than the others and you guys have made me feel so much at ease with my decision to have the band. I can't believe that its only 3 days from now... Is anyone else from Connecticut? Also Jenna- I love seeing your posts, I am the exact size you were when you started! Height , weight,everything. It's great to see where you are now. Thanks everyone!

hi I am from connecticut and new to this site as well I had surgery at St. Francis in Hartford how about you? I just had my surgery Sept 2nd. still have a lot of cramping and gas pain

3 days! Are you excited or WHAT?!? I love this site, too. It's a good thing that work has been so slow for the last month or so - or I might get fired for spending all my time on-line! LOL.

The word that comes to mind for me is Loving. Folks on this site are generally loving and kind - compassion, thy name is LBT!

Hi Zoe! I'm still around, just not much time lately!!! I got my band on 8/19 and just started eating real food on this past Friday, Yahoo! I had my first PB though yesterday:(. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be though. I'm down 21lbs total, but that has slowed now that I'm on regular food. Thanks for thinking of me! How are you doing? Good I hope! Bye, Vanessa
