Any vegetarian lab banders???

can you guys give me some advice on what food to buy and tips??? Or whats a day in your shoes being a vegetarian?? I come from a small town. So, we dont have any fancy organic grocery stores. We got a Walmart and a Vons thats as good as it gets hahaha.

If you want to find out about a way of eating that is amost entirely vegetarian, Grab a copy of the "The PH Miracle for Weight Loss", or the original version of the book, which simply the "PH Miracle", by Dr. Robert O. Young.

This book is not about Vegetarianism per se, but the principles it teaches in terms of eating make it a book in that category. It's about "eating alkaline", and I will tell you that this book changed my life, and my entire outlook on food and Water.
