ljones4521 4 Posted February 19, 2009 Hi everyone, It has been several years since I was banded and I am so ashamed to admit that I haven't lost the amount of weight I should have. In fact I have lost about 35lbs. Managed to keep it off. During this time I got pregnant and have since given birth two years ago. I want to start my weight loss again but can't find the area of the site that discusses how to get started. I can't remember how much Protein I am supposed to ingest. I was told to have 59 grams of Protein a day..daily fat gram range is 27-45 and max fat grams per meal is 11..simple sugars 2 grams or less..avoid brown sugar corn Syrup high fructose corn syrup dextrose glucose honey invert sugar maple sugar maltoe molasses raw sugar sucrose sugar sorghum..if sugar is listed as the 6th ingredient u can eat it..hope this helps...eat about 1000 to 1200 calories a day and exercise 30 to 60 5 days a week...good luck 1 ljones4521 reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
