delrio 0 Posted February 16, 2009 Please forgive me if this is already a topic in another forum. I couldn't find any information on it. I can barely get any food down until mid-afternoon, and even then it's not really substantial (a couple of bites maybe). I know that it's important to start eating early in the day, and throughout the day, so that I'm burning calories as I take them in. By the end of the day though, I'm really hungry and I'm trying to cram in 2-3 small meals. Any suggestions? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Renee74 0 Posted February 16, 2009 this happened to me and my dr said to make sure I get in a Protein Shake in the am. Then make sure I get the rest of my Protein in before bedtime. The last month or so I have been able to eat Breakfast and I love it!! I have not had a fill since last Sept. Hopefully you will start to open up soon and will be able to eat breakfast! Good Luck!
