Gzeuse 0 Posted February 15, 2009 Hi there im new to the forum well new to any forums really, im in the horrible Optifast stage of being banded (my band date is the 23rd Feb) im keeping my fingers busy so i dont dip them into the cookie jar lol, iv been planning banding for about 6 mths and am getting nervous now its so close. Fell free to hollar at me, id like to here as much as i can from anyone at all, ideas, good foods for the band, how much you have lost (feel free to brag i would!) or just vent , im a great listener and even better talker lol Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Bjornsyouruncle 0 Posted February 16, 2009 My biggest suggestion would be for you to stock up on Protein products that you like for the post-op period.
