frogger528 0 Posted February 14, 2009 Hi. I am new to this group. I am considering lap band surgery and have my initial consultation, psych eval and nut meeting on this coming Wednesday. I have one initial question if you all could help me with. My surgeon uses both the LapBand and the Realize Band. I was looking to hear from people who have either one as to why you chose one over the other. Apparently my surgeon leaves it up to the patient and from what I've learned so far don't see a great difference between the two. Thanks for your help.
