I have united Health Care and they issued me a nurse advocate to help me gather all the requirements needed.

I am full of emotions right now.

I have BCBS federal employee. I was quick and easy. No hoops. BMI 42, and sleep apnea.

I hate that some insurance companies make it so had for patients. Either it's a covered benefit or it's not. Get rid of the hoops already!!! Lap band is a good thing.
