Hello everyone! I was banded on 1/9/09 and got to the doctor tomorrow. Im pretty sure he will put me on a regular diet then. My question is can you guys show me a rough draft of what your daily food intake looks like? I mean like "write" down what all you have to eat in day. I know you dont eat the same thing everyday, but just a sample. Like Breakfast, lunch, dinner and anything in between. Thanks so much!

Hey Renee! I saw that no one responded yet so I thot I'd chat with ya. I have not been banded yet, but if you keep searchin you'll find menus on here somewhere. I've seen posts now and then. If I find some later I'll let you know. Good luck!

Go over to the food and Nutrition Board. You'll likely find some good info there.

Did your doctor not give you information on what he wants you to eat? Or did you see a nutritionist before your surgery? These will be your best source of information.
