Randy1969 0 Posted February 23, 2009 How are things going? Randy thats awesome~! 7 days and counting. today is the first day of pre-op liquids. I'm trying to get a feel for how long I will be out of work. I know everyone is different. If I could get some feedback on how long before you are feeling good enough to be out of the house all day. I sit all day so there is no physical stuff. thanks and congrats again:thumbup:
luchay 0 Posted February 23, 2009 Hi Randy, So, the question is how are things going with you? i am ok- alot more at peace than i have been for the two prior weeks, guess i just made up my mind and that gave me some relief. how are you doing? you are post op, right? tell me about your experience. i have one more day on this liquid diet, which i have added a boiled egg to each day, and am ready to do this. I cant wait to hear from you. unless i am off base- i think you had your surgery last week. take good care of yourself and let me hear from you! God bless your journey, Liz (luchay)
Randy1969 0 Posted February 23, 2009 Liz, Everything is going well. I'm 11 days post op. i'm on blended food now, and I no longer have any pain. So far I'm down 23 lbs. The first week you will have some pain and swelling, but it does get better after the third day. You have nothing to worry about, everything will be ok and you'll do wonderfully.
