There's website called Hungry-Girl.com that is all about diet foods. They preview foods, give reviews., etc. I really enjoy the site and thought perhaps some of you would also enjoy it. Today there was a fantastic product previewed there, a product so new it's not even in stores yet. They are called Portion Control flavor sheets. If you go to www.portioncontrol.net you will find them. They season your meat, fish or poultry but also provide you with a guideline as to what 3 -5 oz. of meat looks like.
