Banded08 0 Posted March 14, 2009 It's nice to see how everyone is doing and their progress. I am currently down 72 lbs and 9 weeks pregnant!!!! The band is so wonderful, even through pregnancy. I had 1 cc taken out in my 6th week and it's interesting to see how much the band really works!!!!! Deep down I always hope that it's my willpower, but now having little restriction, I know a lot of it is the band. The best decision I ever made!!! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Ang1982 4 Posted April 3, 2009 Well it's been an incredibly long time since I posted on LBT. I occasionally browse through but not as often as I used to. I've had my share of ups and downs and plateaus that made me CRAZY but all in all this has been a fabulous experience. My main thing I need to get in control is not so much how much I eat as it is what I eat. Even with my fill level at a good amount (ie: I can't really eat before lunch time and even then it's touch and go) I do not PB at all, I will occasionally slime and feel uncomfortable but it always goes down. Lucky? Maybe lol. As for exercise I go through phases where I exercise a lot and then I will be lazy for a bit but that's going to change for good I tell ya! SuzanneG 1 Posted April 6, 2009 Ang, Great to hear from you! I was terrible about exercise, but then I tried the Couch to 5K and I loved it. I just finished the 9 week program on Saturday. NukeChik 1 Posted April 12, 2009 Been a long time since I've been on here...I'm down 65 pounds ( I haven't updated my ticker, I'm at work and can't, its restricted). Moving from a size 14 to a 12. SB0233 0 Posted April 12, 2009 I've been maintaining my weight loss, but not losing lately. Can't seem to find the motivation to get rid of the last 20 lbs. I'm happy with where I am at and what I've achieved, but disappointed in that I know I could do better. I went back to basics about a week ago (high Protein, more exercise) so hopefully it will help. It has been a rough month or so here, could not get over the hump and was just wanting to lose something but kept fluctuating between a couple pounds up and a couple of pounds down. I have now hit the 100 pounds down and hopefully since I met this goal it will be just the right motivation for me to get my rump up and keep moving!!! Keep up the good work!! Chrisann 0 Posted April 16, 2009 Its been funny. One month I lose a big amount, then the next month nothing, so I think this month is going to be nothing. I am not stressing over the weight loss, or lack of it, since I am not gaining. I figure as long as its not a gain, its not worth worrying about. It may be a crummy attitude, but its working for me.
