autparhar 0 Posted February 9, 2009
My doctor never gave me any specifics on the max. amount of carbs. and sugars although I was told to at least get 70 grams of Protein a day. I realize if you get 70 grams of protein in chances are you are not getting alot of carbs and sugars anyways, BUT can anyone tell me about how many carbs and sugars that I don't need to go over just in case it is one of those days that it is hard to get my protein in? THANK YOU!
