Dena R 0 Posted February 8, 2009 :thumbup: IVE HAD MY LAP BAND SINCE 10/28/2008 AND LOST SEVERAL INCHES AND ABOUT 40 LBS.i WENT FROM A SIZE 30 TO A SIZE 26 SO FAR ON THE BOTTOM AND SIZE 3X TO A XL ON THE TOP.I AM VERY BUSY AND HAVING A HARD TIME FINDING TIME TO EXERSISE.ANY SUGGESTIONS OUT THEIR. jillrenee15 0 Posted February 10, 2009 We are all busy, what with kids, family, work, running here and there. What can you delegate to someone else to give yourself a 1/2 hour a day? Do you get a lunch hour? Have a quick snack before and then a walk, maybe another snack mid afternoon. Do you have children old enough for chores? Have them run the vaccuum, or empty the dishwasher, or fold the laundry or clean up after dinner while you put in an exercise DVD or walk the dog, etc. We have to learn to make time for ourselves if we want a healthier lifestyle. kgloverii 0 Posted February 10, 2009 Ok, here's an obvious one, but we often forget the little things add up. Like parking the car in the last spot from the store.
