Getting banded on the 11th, just registered and thought I would obey the rules...er...commands..uh..suggestions! Yes, the suggestions set forth in the forums and stop in here to say hello.

The last thing I want to do is break any rules. Because, if anything I follow rules to the letter....

Like eating well and exercising!
