bindi2203 0 Posted February 13, 2009 some of the things i take to work for Breakfast include. Raw rolled oats in yogurt with fresh blueberries, strawberries and raspberrys. Fresh fruit with that delicious gippsland yogurt. about 2 tbs A tin of baked Beans. A tuna salad. And if i am not feeling particularly hungry, i will have a tony ferguson cream of chicken Soup with piri piri spice added for a bit of kick. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Emmsie 0 Posted February 14, 2009 I sometimes have a TF shake as it is convenient. I am normally at work between 7:30 - 8 and have brekky about 9:30. Some mornings my band feels tighter than others. I always make sure I have a drink first. I do scrambled eggs at work. They only take a couple of minutes in the microwave and add some pepper. Jachut 487 Posted February 14, 2009 Coco Pops are reaaaaaaaallly goooood too..... shhh, dont tell anyone out on the main part of this board, I'll be lynched for carbohydrate consumption. I dont know what it was this morning, i saw the Coco Pops and I thought I WANT THOSE. I have not eaten kiddie Cereal in what, 20 years probably. I'd forgotten how good those boxes of junk masquerading as real food are. I never let the kids have them normally either. Shoot, I want some now. Its been ages since lunch.
