Today is my Bandaversary. I still have a ways to go but I'm down 86 lbs. Wow! Not bad, I know others have lost more in a year but oh well. I need to get back to my band rules and exercise more. I'll do this this year. I hope to hear from others about their bandaversaries.

I keep seeing how much more than me others have lost as well but I tell ya I am proud of my 67lbs!!!! Happy Bandaversary to us!!!!!
