ftsr4me2 0 Posted January 26, 2009 Surgery 6/06, Dr. Spiegel in Houston. Very satisfied with results with minimal complications. I have had 2 fills and 1 unfill with the 9.75 band. Currently seems to be a little too lose but it allows me to eat more nutritionally and therefore is easier to maintain/build muscle while staying hydrated. I am still trying to lose pre-op weight, I did a strict two week liquid liver shrinking diet but the 20$ scale I bought went haywire so now I am waiting for a much better WW scale from Amazon. But I am going back on the pre-op, without the added greens salad and extra oz's of chicken, just the strict pre-op diet for me from now on. My brother wants me to exercise at the Gym with him but I know If I sign up I will not go anyway, so best to workout with DVD's in the early morning. Can you share your eating and exercise routine? Ms. Robbie 0 Posted January 26, 2009 Wow! Congrats to you! My question: Did you lose steady or bounce around like I have done? I was banded last April. 08 So far lost 66 lbs. My Dr. is pleased. Was a 18 now a 8/10. I have 20 more to lose till my goal. Trying to work out most days. Please describe what you eat in a normal day. Seems like I only eat a handful a day, but not losing. Thanks!
