I'm still having some pain by the port area.Also I'm still hungry all the time.I'm following the liquid diet.I can't wait for a fill so I'm not so hungry.Well I can't wait to get to know everyone and hear your success stories. bearbandit 0 Posted January 25, 2009 Welcome to the board. Congrats on taking the leap. Getting a Lapband was the best decision I have ever made. My life is so much more enjoyable and I am just getting started. I got banded at Denver Bariatrics by Dr. Snyder. They refer to your surgery date as your "new birthday".
