I am in the waiting for insurance approval stage and have had my consult with Dr. Luttrell. I will go on a two week pre-op diet once a date is set. But for now I am on a pre-pre-op diet, thought I had better get started. The last thing I want is a delay because of a fatty liver.

I read the post almost every day. So for those who think their post mean nothing, you are wrong. I have learned so much from this site, the good the bad and the slimy.

I will need support, so please help me be the "BRAND NEW ME".

hi gregnlr..i was banded 3 days ago & the wait will be worth it..& you are doing the best thing by watching your fat intake now, Only go on the pre op diet for as long as they tell you, dont go on for longer its too dangerous..but go on a low fat diet now
