I was banded on August 1/08 by Dr. Patrick Yau, so far I have lost 20lbs, and I am now trying to get this kick started again. Very slow going for me, the way it has always been when I've tried to lose weight

You should check out the thread "I have failed my band", not to say that you have, but there's a whole host of people on there who are trying to get themselves back on track.
