tapshoes 2 Posted February 9, 2009 Once again, the weekend is not my friend.... Saturday B: hardboiled egg; sliced Tomato L: bowl of homemade turkey Soup D: a few slices of chicken breast - and then the PBing started. I have no idea what started it, but it happened all night. I would try to relax, but of course the more I tried, the more tense I got!! I think I threw up things I haven't eaten yet...:thumbup: Sunday B: tried a smoothie - nope, up it came L: tried a yogurt - no siree D: yogurt - nope. Managed to drink lots of fluids, and that was good... Today I treid to drink a smoothie before heading to the Y, but nope. tapshoes 2 Posted February 10, 2009 I stuck with fluids/mushies yesterday, and did ok (after my initial PBing episode). I managed to consume sufficient calories thanks to Protein powder and peanut butter! Today is looking like it is another day of fluids....damn! I may have to go for an unfil later this week. I hope you do get an unfill and your feeling better soon. I know I hated being super tight. :thumbdown: SFSG for today, but then again its not even 9 am! haha! So I had my Protein shake and a banana. Tues/Wed - suffering with an ever increasingly tight band; couldn't even manage Water by Wed night. thurs - slight defill...........RELIEF. Drank copious amounts of Water, and fluids for the rest of the day. today...choc-cheese prot smoothie (:ohmy:; assorted soft/mushies are planned for the rest of the day.
