Samewing2 0 Posted January 20, 2009 :wink2: I was referred to Dr Kennedy in the Royal Victoria last year for the Gastric Band. To my surprise i was told after 3wks of waiting to hear that the funding was pulled out of Northern Ireland. Of course I was angry but I have heard people have managed to have this operation done through Mr Kennedy to date. How could this be??? I am still being told that funding is not available.
