Food storage containers?

Recommended Posts

I love those 4 oz containers. They're perfect for leftovers and for a quick measurement of food, and the ones I have are microwaveable. Also, since they have lids, it's easy to grab one on the run.

Hi:

I use those 4 oz. containers and I use those "snack-size" zip loc bags too. I bought some plastic baby spoons too because when I started eating I was taking too big of a bite. I also had issues with eating too fast, so I bought a bunch of one-minute timers to slow me down. The timers can be found on www.unclesgames.com They're cheap, so I bought a half dozen of them so I could keep one at work, one in kitchen, one at desk, one at my best friend's house, etc.

I wish you well with your band. I hope you grow, (I mean shrink) to love your band like I love mine.

The 4 oz containers are the best (1/2 c). I would put my food in there so I knew I had exactly the correct amount. It is easiest to immediately put your food in it and then put it in the refrigerator.

the 4oz containers are great fro premeasuring food. If youopen a can of Soup, you can put a serving in each of the containers and put them in the fridge for later. It saves a lot of time with fiddling with your tiny meals.

Yes, the 4oz. ones are excellent- I think I have Glad-Ware. I also have 1c ones from OXO and 1.2c from Rubbermaid. I can't eat 1c of food, but sometimes I can eat 3/4c so I underfill them. I also got some pretty silver spoons and forks at TJ Maxx. I think they are supposed to be demitasse spoons and shrimp forks, but I feel like an adult using them. Good luck!
