There's a couple of things you have to do to make it at least partially enjoyable (or bearable):

1. always have your partner use a condom.

2. use a lot, a LOT of lubricant.

3. have him go in extreeeeemely slow. Tell him that he has to listen to your commands, and if he doesn't listen and act accordingly it is OVER. YOU are in control.

4. it helps to breathe out.
