lachica39 0 Posted January 17, 2009 (edited) Hi ladies, can you believe it, 2009 is here! its time for me to get back on the band wagon. I have been enjoying my food a little to much. My weight has not changed since my last weigh in. I now understand how easy it can be to gain weight back and don't want to go there. My goal for this year is to lose another 25 Pd's and the only way I can accomplish this is start setting up small monthly goals. I have to start exercising more . . . my "middle" is being extra stubborn . . . but I attribute that to my age and having kids . . . and I still have quite a ways to go, so maybe it will start disappearing . . . I'm trying to be better with my food choices . . . and want to get the scales moving again too . . . moving DOWNWARD that is! Have a great new year!
