Protein Bullets 42 grams protein in 3 fl oz

Recommended Posts

hi,

when i was banded....

one thing i followed 100 pct was to make sure i got in enough Protein each day. i didnt want to lose my hair...and i didnt lose it because i was religious about this.

i had trouble eating so i supplemented with both Isopure Protein shakes (vanilla with added fresh fruit or chocolate with Peanut Butter and banana are YUMMY)

and/or

the Protein bullets. i used both the 25 gms and 42 gms based on how much i was able to eat.

of course i believe the best source of protein is by eating food. however many days i wasnt able to and followed above with good success.

thanks

I like the Atkins Advantage vanilla hubby likes chocolate. If your doing them for Protein you might want to consider the bullets, they come out cheaper. I mostly used the shakes pre surgery when 11 ounces was a walk in the park. The cheapest place I found them was Sams Club. Good Luck!!

I bought these at GNC previously, because I HATE HATE HATE HATE the smell and taste of the Protein shakes.

I pour half the vile into a glass and drink it slowly. I can't drink it too quickly or the consistency makes me gag. AND they have to be cold.

Btw, THANK YOU so much for the coupon. I've been looking to order some more, but shipping usually makes them just as expensive as at the store.

I used you as the referrer.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
