so I've finally started on mushies and I don't know what to eat. Aside from mashed potatoes and pureed Beans I'm totally lost!

Low carb ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Here are four of my favorites:

pureed Chili is very high in Protein and low carb. (I bought the jars of Bush's chili and put in in the blender)

Pureed chicken salad (try canned chicken blended with spinach dip...yum!)

Refried Beans blended with a a little cheese and salsa

Hummus
