Careful with a heating pad it can speed your stitches dissolving! (seriously...if they are the type that dissolve over time, that's based on body heat, and too much heating pad can mean premature dissolve)

AGree with the WALKING....it might hurt a bit but in the long run, it makes you heal so much quicker.
