Exercise Class designed specially for Lap-Band Clients Only

Wednesday Nights: 7:00 PM

Powerhouse Gym - 25212 Harper (just N of 10 Mile) St. Clair Shores

Group Training - $10/class - $40/month for an hour of personal instruction by Rebecca and Barry. These classes are tailored for people at all different stages of their weight loss journey and will incorporate the mechanics as well as instruction on various low-impact exercises that ANYONE can do.
