I had my band installed oct 23 2008 @ st. Lukes hosp. Utica ny. Had two adjustments and lost 20 lbs. Right off the bat. But lately i have been gaining weight and the stomach restricyion is no longer there .do the bands ever leak ??? I am looking for a support group in the cocoa/orlando fl. Area that will accept me as a outsider .

As you lose weight, you can get less restriction. It just means it's time for another fill, most likely.

Yeah, bands can leak but most of the time you just need more fill because you have less fat around your stomach than you used to.
