Hey to all the 23rders!! How did your surgery go? Mine went good. I am in quite a bit of pain but its managable. I am taking the pain medicine every 4 hours right now so that helps alot.

How was all your experiences?

Hi! I'm still here.... surgery went well also. I'm feeling pretty sore, thats it.... I'm not having a problem with liquids. I really enjoy the Water and I'm loving the Protein shake.

I'm still taking my pain med every 4 hrs as well. Today I get to shower, so I'm hoping that will make me feel better.

Yesterday I walked around Sam's club and today I'm going to try to get outside for some fresh air.

Successfully banded on the 23rd. Don't even need pain medication !!

So many people blogging here were so happy and enthusiastic about their band. I was anxious.

I am feeling better now,and enjoying the enthusiasm of actually being able to be a normal weight.
