How do you keep track?

I was curious how others like myself kept track of wt loss, Water intake and calories consumed. I personally use myfitnesspal.com. I weigh everyday and record my food intake everyday. Ive found it a very useful tool...so what do you use?

I like Sparkpeople.com because I can also set up my own goals to track - like getting up right away and not hitting the snooze button. It keeps track of streaks, how many days in a row I've met my goals and the percentage of days I've met my goal since I created it.

Weigh everyday. Strange thing, here lately I wegh more in the morning than I do when I come home from work in the evening. food and TV are not a good combination. Need a new hobby.

Same thing here its like I'll weigh in the morning and then when I get home in the evening its less...used to be the other way around.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...
