reflux/hernia along with lapband

Has anyone every had surgery for reflux/hernia repair as primary and had lapband as secondary procedure to cut cost of lapband?just curious and trying to weigh all options.

I am not sure that it would cut costs that way. I did have both together and the surgeon did not charge for the hernia repair since he was right there anyway.

a friend of mine works for a doctor made the suggestion do go in order to have relux/hernia surgery as primary surgery.the doctor i am thinking about is a surgery office that does this as well as lapband.not all the docs there do lapband.
