Sugery on Monday with Dr. Ren!

Any former NYU patients out there want to give me an overview of what I will expect come Monday? I am anxious already about getting my surgery time on Friday night! Did they call you as expected, or did you have to call them?

hi workingmom my surgery date is tuesday the 13th. i went for pre-admitting testing on monday. they will call me friday between the hours of 3:00-4:00 with a time as to when to show up at the hospital.they call me yesterday an claim they lost my blood, so i had to go to my pcp to have about 6 more tubes drawn. i think the young nurse only took about two vials maybe she suppose to have taken more who knows. i never heard of anyone miss placing blood.hope you have a safe an good recovery monday will be thinking of you sil.
