January 13th Banders

Hello,

I am getting banded January 13th by Dr. Garcia in Allentown PA. I currently weigh 250lbs and my goal weight is 180lbs (for now).

Currently my Dr put me on a pre-op diet for 7 days, I am only on my first day and that was because we did not here back from my insurance company till yesterday. I am very excited and can not wait to see the results. i have been overweight since I was a child.

I am scheduled for January 21st!!! I can't believe I finally have a date. I go Friday for my pre op testing so I guess I will be told then about my pre op diet.

hi i get banded on the 13th. so nervous, did,nt have to do a pre-op diet doctor don,t do does.started out at 324 in april, now down to 280lbs. tuesday is our brand new life change. can,t wait to be banded.

Congrats to both of you. This Pre-op diet thing is not very easy. I dont have hunger pains but i am hungry and want to eat. it dont help smelling foods when people at work a making food for lunch. I pre made my dinners for my family here at home so I did not have to smell or look at the food.
