I have seen this in some of the posts but not sure what it is. I have seen pouch test and pouch diet. What is it?

It's the same thing. I've done it a couple of times and lost approx. 3 lbs each time. It's probably something you should do right after a fill and if you feel you need another fill, do it before going for a fill because many experience a renewed tightness in the band after the the 5 Day Pouch Test. I found it easy to do think it's probably a good idea to do during plateaus as well.
