I'm a little nervous about all this but I know that the lap band procedure can be reversed if necessary...hopefully, it won't be. Even though I'm nervous, I'm also very excited at the prospect of losing weight. I think it will improve my over-all health 100%. Not just my physical health but my mental health too.
