We have a poster of Jill at our gym. On it she says that for the show, she keeps her weight at 115. She said she likes to keep in at 120 when the show is not on because she feels better.

I never knew she was gay!

I was just looking that up, but it said that she wasn't gay. I had heard that she and Bob were gay.

Tara ran it in just over 4 hrs.

Where did it say she wasn't gay? It came straight from Daniel, Orange Team member this season. I am pretty sure he'd know since he was on campus with her for so long?

Tara, and Helen are finalist.

It's up to us to vote for who goes, Ron or Mike.......hmmmmm, wonder who I'm voting for.......?

I might just vote for Ron cause I don't want either one to win and I know that Ron can't beat Helen or Tara.

I'm voting to keep Ron to give the girls a better shot........

Yeah I know it goes against my grain but I want Tara or Helen

Nope I don't want to chance Ron winning. IMHO he has lost this much weight because of his WLS, not his hard, I mean hardly work outs. His gastric is kicking in and I don't want to chance him winning it.

I'm so happy that Ron finished the challenge. Finally, for one week, all you naysayers in this thread can't say anything about him. It gets old reading the same old back and forth over and over again.

Also, Jillian is most definitely gay. Daniel was on campus with her for two months or more. I'd believe him over the internet any day. What makes you think Jillian wants to be out in the open about her sexuality? It's no one's business.

Gay or straight, she certainly gets results...

Heck, all guys think that women who won't sleep with them -must- be gay :biggrin:

I don't care if she is or not. My odds of meeting her approach zero. Doesn't change the fact she's hot.

I really liked this episode, and didn't fast forward though much of it. It was interesting hearing the contestants deal with the changes and how they fit back into their worlds.

Glad they 'strongly encouraged' Ron to finish something. 10K sitting there for charity, plus the peer pressure, it all finally pushed him to the finish line of something. Good for him/them.

How much would the producers HATE a Ron win? I can't see him on the wall of a gym or on the front of "Biggest Losers Super Fiber oatmeal and Drywall Texture" packages.

An interesting element: you could really see the body shapes when they're in the marathon segment. There must be some Spanx involved with the weigh-in sections.

On to the finale. C'mon Tara

You're so funny, Manatee!

And I'm not even CLOSE to gay, but if I was, I would go after Jillian too. And Angelina. And Ellen Degeneres. And NO, I do not sit around thinking about this. Often. :cool2:

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!

Hi everyone! I’m brand new here. I just went through all my pre-op requirements per my insurance company and now everything has been submitted and I’m just waiting for final approval and my surgery date. I’ve been doing research, watching YouTube videos, TikTok’s, ect.. trying to prepare my mind and what to expect so I’ll be ready for the surgery. I was so sure and so set and so ready and excited. However, now that I’ve done everything & it’s almost here, I am sooooooo scared! I know why I want it bc I’ve tried everything and I just don’t feel like I can lose weight by myself. I’m tired of being overweight my entire life. I’m miserable, but I keep psyching myself out afraid of GERD bc I know how that can be and I don’t want to have to get a bypass after already gaining the courage to even get VSG. I’m scared of complications like I’mgoing to regret doing it and be depressed that I didn’t just be more disciplined and try again to lose the weight on my own even sitting here typing this knowing in my mind i just can’t and don’t possess the discipline. I’m also afraid I won’t be able to handle the restrictions of the sleeve. What do I eat? I don’t know how to eat healthy really and don’t enjoy healthy food. I don’t know how to do this! I feel so defeated!Someone tell me they felt anything similar to this or am I not ready? I thought I was. I am so tired of being sick and tired and so tired of myself and so tired of being stuck and stuck in this body and somebody different on the outside from what I feel inside. I just want to ball up and cry.

Am feeling this right now. My surgery date is 4/1. Sign the consent tomorrow. I feel like I overloaded myself with too much info, too many opinions. Got to the point where I was wondering if I should do this. Then I thought of my reasons for taking this step and that settled my nerves. Still get moments of doubt but am striving forward. Am just going to follow my book from the surgeon. Joined this because I was told by my dietician that I should do this for support
