tabby2099 0 Posted January 5, 2009 Wow thanks so much for your comment! It makes me feel so good that I am inspiring people. But yes, at one point I was really depressed and lost all of my ambition. I was really hard on myself and I was in denial for a long time that I really needed help. It wasn't until I was ok with admitting that I needed help and getting the LAP-BAND®. It didn't mean that I had given up and taken the easy way out. It was just the opposite. I was trying to do something to help save my life! Once I was ok with that, it all fell in place. I thank God for my band. I needed the constant "personal trainer" I like to call it. Well the rest is history from that day and today I am DOING IT. Before I was just dreaming of even getting started. Let me know if I can help you all in any way I can about the LAP-BAND®. Im pretty new with this system as I am only one month Post Op. But it is has done wonders in improving my life thus far. One month post op and I'm down 36 pounds. God Bless and good luck.:cool2:
